The owners of this property wanted to improve the drab appearance of their pebbledash exterior with a long lasting product. We visited them and recommended an exterior wall coating because the spray application would give a much more even coating over the rough pebbledash. The customers chose their exterior wall coating in a coarse texture and a light colour to brighten up their home. During the work, a Unibond/SBR Bag Coat was applied to stabilise the pebbledash surface prior to applying the primer and protective wall coating. After the work was completed, the site was tidied up and the customers were thrilled with how their property looked.

This property had suffered from very bad algae growth and the paint was past it\'s best. As part of the project we painted all the fascia and soffit boards, painted all window and door frames and applied an exterior protective wall coating to the walls. As the roof had turned green from all the algae we hired a cherry picker to power wash all the roof areas and then applied a specialist biocide to prolong the algae re-growth. We also removed all moss and algae from the garden path areas and power washed them clean.

The pointing on this property needed replacing in certain areas and some of the bricks had spalled. The customer wanted to decorate the property and use a product that was going to protect the surface. We replaced the areas of loose/weathered pointing and re-faced the bricks that had spalled. A Unibond/SBR Bag Coat was applied to stabilise the surface followed by a primer. We then spray applied a Fine texture protective wall coating to the front and rear of the property.

The pebbledash on this property had been repaired over the years and as a result the property was starting to look a bit patchy. The customers wanted to brighten up the property and achieve a consistent finish around all areas of their home. After all the surface repairs had been carried out and all windows had been masked we Bag coated and primed the property. We then spray applied a coarse texture exterior wall coating on to their home. The customers were delighted with the results.

The paint on this property was blown in several areas and had lifted away from the pebbledash render. A needle gun was used to remove areas of loose paint and a Bag Coat was applied to stabilise the surface and ensure excellent adhesion. The customers wanted a product that would last considerably longer than conventional house painting so following all necessary surface repairs and preparation work, a textured wall coating system was applied. This property had a penetrating damp issue around the back door. There were many cracks that were cut open and filled and there were some areas of render that needed to be removed and re-rendered. An exterior wall coating was chosen by the customer due to its weatherproof and breathable qualities. A coarse texture was specified so that the repair work and scars in the surface would be invisible and a more consistent finish could be achieved. The penetrating damp issue has now been cured and the customer was impressed with the finish.

This property had a penetrating damp problem in one of the bedrooms. The insurance company had requested that the owner damp proofed the exterior of the property before they would rectify the internal damage. The customer thought they would update the appearance of the property and weatherproof it at the same time using an exterior wall coating. Due to the spray application of the wall coating system, an even coverage could be ensured on the rough spar dash surface. Please view a selection of photos from the project above.

The owner of this property wanted a modern, weatherproof exterior (damp proof render). A coloured render was used as the customer wanted a smooth, maintenance free finish. After some repairs to the brick surface a special bonding coat was applied incorporating a fibre glass mesh around windows and doors. Weber Coloured Render was chosen in a light colour to give the property a much more modern and attractive appearance. The customer was delighted with the results.

The original Wallshield paint on this property had lost its adhesion and the side wall was heavily scarred and unattractive. The customers wanted to use a product that would hide the scars and imperfections in the render surface and would provide them with a maintenance free exterior for many years. An exterior wall coating was chosen utilising a coarse texture so that the scars and imperfections could be hidden. The owners liked the original colour so the protective wall coating was applied in Sandstone. Please view the before and after photos above.
