The paint on this property had faded badly and was in need of attention. There was some mould/algae that had grown on various parts of the property so it was important for the customer that the protective wall coating contained a fungicide. All cracks were cut out and filled with Epoxy filler and some rendered areas were renewed. A bag coat was applied to help the primer bond with the wall. A protective textured coating was then sprayed on to the property in one of our standard colours. Now the property has been given a new lease of life and there will be no exterior house painting needed for many many years.

The owners of this house wanted to change the pebbledashed appearance of their property. They wanted a product that was going to last a long time and prevent the need for outside house painting. Scaffolding was erected so that all areas could be safely accessed. After all the necessary preparation to the walls, a primer coat was applied followed by a protective textured wall coating in a special colour chosen by the owners. The house now looks much better and has been given a low maintenance exterior with the first 15 years guaranteed.

The render on this property was in need of extensive repair work. All cracks were ground out and filled and damaged render was removed and replaced. A primer and protective textured wall coating were then applied after all necessary cleaning and masking. A brick red was used as a trim colour on the window sills. Now the owners do not have to worry about exterior house painting in the future and have an excellent finish to the front of their property that will last a minimum of 15 years.

The owners of this property had penetration damp in an area of the home. They desired a treatment that would allow the walls to dry out but also protect the home from further damp ingress. They rang us for a quote as they had discovered that coatings are microporous. The property was given a good biowash to clean the surface and remove any foreign materials. Scaffolding was erected by a local company to aid access to awkward areas and all damaged areas were fully repaired. The owners did not want to alter the appearance of the house too much so a similar colour was chosen for the coating to be applied in.
