This property had been converted into flats and was subject to a renovation programme. We were contracted to renovate the exterior of the property and the client wanted a system that would last much longer than traditional paint. Extensive render repairs were required and many of the architectural features of the property also required renovation. Another contractor was brought in to chemically clean the brickwork on the front of the property and once we applied a wall coating system to the exterior, the property had been completely transformed.
