This property had suffered from very bad algae growth and the paint was past it’s best. As part of the project we painted all the fascia and soffit boards, painted all window and door frames and applied an exterior protective wall coating to the walls. As the roof had turned green from all the algae we hired a cherry picker to power wash all the roof areas and then applied a specialist biocide to prolong the algae re-growth. We also removed all moss and algae from the garden path areas and power washed them clean.
