The owners of this property wanted to update the appearance of the exterior. A number of repairs were needed to the pebbledash render and we then applied a GRC render to flatten out the surface. Once all the preparation and repair work had been completed we spray applied a resin coating system to brighten the exterior and provide a weatherproof finish.
