The paint on this property was blistering quite badly and the underlying render had become quite friable in places. We removed all areas of loose paint and render and stabilised the friable render areas with an SBR bagging coat. After all prep work was completed and the unpainted brick areas had been carefully masked, a textured coating system was installed in keeping with the property’s original finish.
