The owners of this property wanted us to update the exterior of the property. Most of the render was soundly adhered but there were some sections that were blown and needed to be hacked off. Once repairs were complete we applied a GRC render to flatten out the textured surface. A mesh was embedded within the GRC render to increase strength and crack resistance. A resin coating was then applied to provide an attractive long lasting finish.
