The pointing on this property had become quite weathered and the owner was also not too keen on the brick finish. The owner wanted a rendered finish but wanted something he wouldn’t have to paint so a monocouche render was specified. A bonding coat was applied and the beads were neatly fixed before the monocouche render was installed. The customer was delighted with the finish.
