This property was suffering from many cracks in the render, some of which were quite large and causing some water ingress. All the cracks were ground open and filled and a polymer modified skim coat was used to level out the surface and blend in the crack repairs. A textured coating was then spray applied to provide a decorative finish and provide further coverage of the extensive repairs.
