The render on the side elevation of this property was in very poor condition so a decision was made to remove all render from the side elevation and apply a through coloured render. The render on the front and rear elevations was mainly sound so a coating was specially manufactured in a colour to match the coloured render and this was applied after all necessary repairs and surface prep work had been finished. The results speak for themselves.
